I've been wanting an adult coloring book for a long time, so when I saw Whatever Is Lovely: A Coloring Book for Reflection and Worship by WaterBrook Press, I knew it would be a great option for my first coloring book. I find coloring soothing and relaxing, and worship/faith/inspirational/biblical coloring pages are the perfect thing for relaxation and meditation. I'd heard of Not Without My Daughter (the book and the movie), but had never read it or seen the movie.
